Knowledge: You will deepen your understanding of the “how to” of psychological safety

Facilitation: You will be prepared to facilitate our signature workshop, “Psychological Safety: Essential Leadership Practices for Thriving Teams,” within your organization or with your clients. You will receive ready-to-use materials, including slides, and get practice in skillfully facilitating the material. You are welcome to create your own variations of the materials, as long as you reference us.

Credibility: You will receive a certification badge to share on social media and your website.

Community: You will join an international community of psychological-safety enthusiasts.

Program Details

Timing

 6 weeks, 3-hours each week every Thursdays

Final session is mandatory and includes facilitation test.

Live on Zoom in a small group, facilitated by either or both authors, Karolin Helbig and Minette Norman
