Now you can learn and receive a certification from the authors of The Psychological Safety Playbook: Lead More Powerfully by Being More Human.

Knowledge: You will deepen your understanding of the “how to” of psychological safety
Facilitation: You will be prepared to facilitate a 90-minute workshop about psychological safety within your organization or with your clients. You will receive ready-to-use materials, including slides, and get practice in skillfully facilitating the material. You are welcome to create your own variations of the materials, as long as you reference us.
Credibility: You will receive a certification badge to share on social media and your website.
Community: You will join an international community of psychological-safety enthusiasts. We also envision an optional membership program that would offer new materials each year.
Timing
6 weeks, 3-hours each week
Format
Live on Zoom in a small group, facilitated by either or both authors, Karolin Helbig and Minette Norman
Investment
- Commitment to attend the six sessions
- Reading and self-reflection between sessions (roughly one hour per week)
- Competence with material and delivery (practice test in the last session)
