The Psychological Safety Playbook is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We are actively working to improve the accessibility and usability of our website and strive to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA wherever feasible.
What We’ve Done:
- Implemented keyboard-friendly navigation across menus, forms, and content.
- Ensured all images include meaningful alternative text (or are marked as decorative when appropriate).
- Provided captions for all embedded videos.
- Added a plugin that warns users when links open in a new tab or window.
- Ensured large clickable/touchable areas meet or exceed the 24x24px requirement.
- Made the contact link easily accessible and consistently placed across all pages.
- Added an accessibility enhancement tool to allow users to:
- Adjust color contrast
- Enlarge text
- Highlight links
- Toggle grayscale and other visual modes
Known Limitations:
Some text and background color combinations may not fully meet the WCAG 2.2 Level AA minimum contrast ratio requirements. We understand this may affect readability for certain users and are exploring design alternatives. In the meantime, we provide a built-in contrast adjustment tool to support different visual needs.
Ongoing Improvements:
We view accessibility as an ongoing effort and continue to audit and refine our website to enhance user experience for all visitors.
